1. Digital Product Nature
All products sold on FiveM QBCore Store are digital downloads, including but not limited to:
FiveM scripts and resources
Server packs and configurations
Maps, MLOs, and custom interiors
Vehicle packs and models
Clothing and EUP items
Utilities and tools
License keys and access codes
Important: Once you complete your purchase and gain access to download the product, the transaction is final and cannot be reversed. Digital products cannot be "returned" as they cannot be physically recovered once downloaded.

5. Exceptional Circumstances
In very rare and exceptional circumstances, we may consider a refund ONLY if ALL of the following conditions are met:
The product is fundamentally broken and cannot be used at all
The developer has abandoned the product with no updates or support
The product description was intentionally misleading or fraudulent
You have NOT downloaded or accessed the product files
The request is made within 24 hours of purchase
You have attempted to contact support and received no response
The issue cannot be resolved through support
Note: Even in these cases, refunds are granted at our sole discretion and are not guaranteed. You must provide proof of all conditions being met.
6. Fraudulent Purchases
Chargeback Policy
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us:
Your account will be immediately suspended
All product licenses will be revoked
Your IP address and payment details will be banned
You will be reported to payment processors for fraud
Legal action may be pursued to recover costs and damages
You will be permanently banned from all QBCore services
Chargebacks on digital products are considered fraud. Always contact support first.
7. Download Access
Upon successful purchase, you will receive:
Immediate access to download links in your account dashboard
Email confirmation with order details
License key (if applicable)
Access to product updates and support
Important: Download your purchases immediately and store them securely. While we maintain download access in your account, you are responsible for keeping backups of your files.
8. Payment Issues
If you experience payment issues:
Payment Failed: No charge is made, no refund needed
Duplicate Charge: Contact us immediately with proof - we will refund duplicate charges only
Wrong Product: Contact support within 24 hours before downloading - may exchange for correct product
Billing Error: Contact us with transaction details - we will investigate genuine errors
9. Account Termination
If your account is terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service:
NO refunds will be issued for any purchases
All download access will be revoked
All licenses will be terminated
No exceptions will be made
